I worked with Josh/Danielle to purchase my first condo in SF and had great experiences. I was only looking in specific neighborhoods with a laundry list of things I wanted. Josh really tailored his approach based on my style/personality - he let me lead my search (sometimes I over-research and become a "know-it-all person") when I wanted while providing great insights/advice when I was going in the wrong direction. He stayed personable and professional throughout the process. He was also very thorough and responsive when closing the deal. I don't think I could have done it without him as it was my first time buying a real estate. All in all, I am really satisfied and if I am buying or selling a property in SF, I would definitely give Josh/Danielle a call again.
