Opportunity is Knocking
Dear Friend,
In today’s world, there’s a lot of confusion and mixed messages about our economy and the state of the real estate market. If you listen to the water-cooler talk, you’d think all real estate has gone to hell in a hand basket! The truth is, San Francisco is one of the most stable and resilient markets anywhere.
Amidst all of this uncertainty, many people are successfully buying and selling real estate. Even more folks have been thinking about making a move and may not realize the importance of acting right away.
In today’s market, the timing is right for certain sellers and buyers. But, it’s not right for everyone -- in 2009, I counseled a couple of my clients to hold off on entering the market, based on their situations. In recent months, I’ve helped: two home owners relocate for their retirement, three first time buyers purchase their first home, a couple purchase a rental property, and overseas parents purchase a home for their SF-based children, just to cite a few examples.
P.S. Who’s the next person you know who is thinking of making a move but not sure whether the timing is right. Be sure to give me a call to discuss how I can help them.
