Inner Mission Real Estate - February 2016

Welcome to February's Inner Mission Market Update.

The number of active listings was down 40% from one year earlier and did not change from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.2 million, while the median sales price was $850,000.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold went up nearly 400%. The number of units sold decreased 56% year-over-year and increased 40% month-over-month.
