I had worked with Danielle early in her real estate career back in 2004. The market was also bonkers at that time and she helped guide me through the process to successfully buy my first place ever, and one in craziest markets in the country. She helped guide me to get prepared, make an offer and get to a successful close, connecting me with her mortgage broker at the time to make the financing work for my situation then. Fast forward 14 years, and after quite some time casually scanning the market for a good opportunity for a new home, my partner and I found a place that we were just taken with. Danielle had recommended some painters for the house at our request and we decided to work with Mario from Red Door Painting. He was super responsive, professional and quite reasonable (after getting some comparison bids) and we are happy with the work that he and his team have done.
