Welcome to April’s Noe Valley Market Update.

The number of active listings was up 42% from one year earlier and up 6% from the previous month.

The median listing price for the month was just under $1.8 million, while the median sales price was just over $2.5 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 62%. The number of units sold increased 7% year-over-year and increased 114% month-over-month.
