San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – August 2015
The number of San Francisco single family home listings was down 30% from one year earlier and down 16% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was just under $1 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.25 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was did not change. The number of units sold decreased 13% year-over-year and increased 21% month-over-month.
