Inner Mission Real Estate – April 2018

Welcome to April’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 19% from one year earlier and down 15% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1 million, while the median sales price was $1.08 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was increased by 9%. The number of units sold remained constant year-over-year and increased 114% month-over-month.
