'The Full Fee Agent' Book Club & Role Play Coaching
To kick off 2023, we are forming a 6-week real estate book and coaching club to read, review and practice the strategies behind tactical empathy and emotional intelligence for real estate.
This will probably sound funny since most coaches advertise how to make more money in less time. With Steve Shull and Chris Voss’ new book, The Full Fee Agent, as our guide, we will learn how to make the same money in less time, but with A LOT less stress.
And, if you do the math, when you make the same money in less time with less stress, you are inherently making more money already (if you value your time) as well as adding opportunity for growth over time.

This will be an interactive, small group class led by the top performing agent, real estate coach and tactical empathy early adopter and fanatic devotee (check the book’s acknowledgments!), Danielle Lazier — aka me.
It may come as a surprise to you, but I have been coaching top agents throughout the US for the last couple of years while maintaining a robust sales business here in San Francisco. Sales remains my focus, as I am committed and passionate about helping our clients buy and sell homes at the highest level; it is my full time career. And yet, the intrinsic rewards of helping other agents improve the quality of their lives (through improving the quality of their business) are hard to explain. I just love it! Let’s call it a passion project for now.
Expect opportunities to role-play and work through your real-life client situations: listing appointments, buyer consultations, negotiations (with clients and other agents!), requests for repairs, home preparation and staging cost conversations, commission, and much more.
Meeting Chris Voss and Steve Shull changed my life. About four years ago, I was producing at a very high level in the competitive San Francisco real estate market. From the outside, things looked great. On the inside, I was stressed and burnt out. For all my love of helping people through real estate, all my talents and skills and success, the dog and pony show of competing for clients had worn me down. I was sick of it.

They described the dark, ugly parts of being a Realtor and how to escape from the hamster wheel. It was what my intuition had been saying for years: the playing field was NOT even. I did NOT have an equal chance to win every client. I needed to learn to tell when I was the FAVORITE or the FOOL.
Four years ago, I got off the hamster wheel and became the “guinea pig.” I walked the plank, tested the theories, and lived to tell the tale. Now, I’m here to help you do your very important job, but in less time, and with A LOT less stress.
