Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – November 2016

Welcome to November’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update. The number of active listings was up 67% from one year earlier and down 35% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.6 million, while the median sales price was $1.4 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 43%. The number of units sold stayed consistent year-over-year and decreased 37% month-over-month.
