3106 25th St is a top-floor condo in a 3-unit building (also offered as a great investment property,) situated in the sunny Inner Mission.
The Mission is vibrant & happening! 25th @ Harrison is conveniently located near food & drink spots such as Local Mission Eatery, Pops Bar, St. Francis Fountain, Dynamo Donuts, Humphrey Slocombe, Philz Coffee, and La Victoria Bakery. Take a short walk to La Palma Mexicatessen and pick up everything you need for an authentic Mexican meal. Nearby Garfield Square Park is 3.5 acres and hosts an indoor pool, soccer field, large playground with climbing structures, a basketball court, & picnic areas. The first official professional baseball park, named The Recreation Grounds, was located where Garfield Park is today. The stadium held up to 17,000 people and was open from 1868 – 1884.
On the corner of 25th & Harrison, this building is engulfed in light from three sides. Walk up the common foyer and enter the unit to find an open living room/dining room/kitchen with bay windows and skylight. Enjoy the perks of living in a top-floor corner unit; your heater will get lonely in this condo! The updated kitchen features a center island & is central to a great room for entertaining. Walk down the hall to the first bedroom – best used as an office or child’s room. Continue down the hall to a full bathroom with a stall shower and gorgeous mosaic tiling. Across the hall is a second large bedroom with good closet space. At the end of the hall is a third bedroom with a huge window showcasing views of the San Francisco hills. Complete with softwood floors, crown molding, dual-pane windows, in-unit washer & dryer, shared patio & shared storage – you can have it all!
A Note From Our Seller:
Our neighborhood is an incredibly diverse, vibrant community full of color and art. Around the corner from our flat is Balmy Alley, with colorful murals that attract visitors from all over and 24th street has beautiful murals as well. I can walk from my apartment and find anything I might need within a couple blocks… fresh fruits and vegetables, Mexican wrestling masks, a burrito, great sushi, etc. Over the past few years, the community has become more sophisticated, with higher end restaurants and venues popping up, but they cohabit comfortably with the established businesses. Garfield Park hosts soccer games most days, many for children, and I enjoy the sounds of happy kids playing. I am very close to Bernal Park where I can let my dog run in the park and enjoy the great views. I commute to work on the 101 which is very convenient, as is BART, and since the Mission is a major nighttime destination, I usually don’t have to drive to meet my friends for a drink or dinner. They come to me!
