Kristen has real estate in her blood. Born and raised in San Francisco, Kristen is a third-generation real estate agent. A graduate of St. Brendan’s, St. Ignatius College Prep, & UC-Santa Barbara, Kristen is a true Californian. Her grandmother was a San Francisco real estate broker and Kristen got her own start in real estate working with her broker parents, John & Vi Gianaras (GTeamSF). Growing up in a real estate environment, Kristen has an innate, intuitive sense of the San Francisco market.
Kristen is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Business Economics and an emphasis in Accounting. Post-graduation, she worked in a high-tech and consumer public relations & marketing agency before coming back to her roots in real estate.
Kristen specializes in listing coordination, buyer representation and overall client care.

Kristen helps team SFHotlist stand out from the crowd by fully project managing the pre-sale enhancement process – from arranging the bids, scheduling the work, having the house cleaned and bringing in the photographer. There is no need to stress over this process, just hand over the keys! In addition, Kristen will take the lead on marketing the property to the fullest, including property statements, personal property website, web syndication on 30+ real estate sites, open houses, brokers’ tours, private showings and more.
