Recommended Property Inspectors
We are licensed real estate agents with remodeling experience but we are not contractors or construction experts. We recommend these inspectors based on past experience and their general reputation in the San Francisco Bay Area real estate community. However, it is absolutely your right to choose your own inspector.
We ask that you do any research on which inspector you would like to use now because once we are in escrow, we are “on the clock” and there won’t be time. We will need to schedule the inspection immediately based on availability.
